This bagua has a compass in the center with the incorporation of the luopan rings into its design. This bagua is used to stabilize energies of certain homes that have inconsistent directional readings using a compass; besides deflecting shar chi of external sources such as from the pylon, lamp post and any other electromagnetic waves. Some homes suffer from inconsistent magnetic compass readings due to unstable energy in the ground (eg. those built on granite field). It has the following characteristics:
- the Early Heaven Bagua Trigrams
- the compass and luopan rings in the center and
- nickel plated base plaque.
This bagua is also the remedy for houses that are facing the “LINES OF EMPTINESS”. Its purpose is to slightly modify the direction and its magnetic field. The directions of “LINES OF EMPTINESS” are 22.5, 67.5, 112.5, 157.5, 202.5, 247.5, 292.5 and 337.5. They are the transitionary lines among the 8 directional sectors. It is detrimental to live in houses that faces these lines of emptiness.
Starting from the center, this bagua has a magnetic needle in the center represent detection and control of magnetic fields. Surrounding the compass needle are designed with concentric rings of the luopan borrowed from the Lady of Nine Heaven’s Bagua. Printed on the nickel plated base are the 8 Trigrams of early heaven patterns and the luo river writings. Behind the bagua, the powerful taoist nostrum of Tai Sheong Lou Kwan is inscribed to provide heavenly protection against negativities.
Eight Trigrams (derived from I-Ching or known as Book of Changes) is the pattern of change in our universe and its energy were formulated, with their transformation, events and evolution of mother nature recorded diagramically in the form of solid (yang) and (yin) lines called trigrams. These natural events affect our health, livelihood, and relationships.
The Luoshu diagram, on the other hand, is a pattern of black (yin) and white (yang) dots inscribed on a turtle’s shell found by Yu the Great, found of China’s first dynasty Xia (2100BC). The diagram denotes motion, transformation and interaction of natural and human chi forces.
